Donation Distribution

Entering the new school year, GNOTA has been distributing donations to schools all around Indonesia. The initial distribution process begin from July to August to target schools. The school has already begun receiving assistance around September and October, and is immediately implementing the distribution process of its assistance to students.

The next step is the school will conduct deliberations and spend the assistance in accordance with the needs of students in each recipient schools such as pens, books, uniforms and others.

After that, the school distributed each aid to the beneficiary students according to the list of names on the prepared receipt form. After the beneficiary has been distributed and signed, the receipt form must be validated by the school principal, school committee and local village officials.

Seemingly happy and cheerful on the recipients’ faces, in the new school year running, they could wear new school supplies to replace old and worn out equipment.
